On this page you will find links to the different categories of tunes on the site.
In recent years I have developed a particular interest in the traditional bagpipe music of Scotland from the 18th and early 19th centuries, and especially the tunes that were, or may have been played on the bellows blown Lowland or Border bagpipes. You can find some of these in the Auld Tunes section.
I have been composing tunes since I started playing traditional music around 1990. You can find some of these in the My Tunes section.
I love playing in sessions and as an aide-mémoire I arrange some of the tunes in my repertoire into sets. You can find those in the Tune Sets section.
